He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine (Woods) and Charles L. McGowan, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Bailey (Bill) and Chuck McGowan, III (Angela); his grandchildren, Faith (Justin), Hope, Billy Bailey, IV, Caitlin and Jacob; and his sisters, Shirley Nunley, Margaret Drozda (Steven) and Joyce Layton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
