She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Volk; her sister Carol; and her grandchild Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Debra Rodgers (Robert), Wayne Volk, George Volk, Wendy Williams (Martin) and Michele Palmiere (George); her siblings, Judy Farmerie, William, Linda and Dennis; her grandchildren, Rachel, Constance (Nick), Shawn, Eric, Lauren, Melissa (Dereck), Christopher, Vincent (Dashawn), Brian (Madeline) and William; and her great grandchildren, Braydee, Tessa, Beau, Dawson, Carter, Harper, Hayden, Stella and Lincoln.

Funeral Service Saturday, September 25, 2021, 11:00 am at St. John Lutheran Church of Highland, 311 Cumberland Road, Pittsburgh PA 15237 (Face masks required), followed by burial at Allegheny County Memorial Park.
