He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice W. Thompson, Sr. and Marie Thunnell Thompson Stahl; his wife Gayle A. Thompson; his son Craig W. Thompson; his sister Marie A. Thompson Peth; and his brother-in-law Jim Peth.
He is survived by: his son Clyde David Thompson (Barbara); his daughter-in-law Lola Thompson; his daughter Karen Thompson; his grandchildren, Kirk Thompson (Julie), Chris Thompson (Tiffany), Brooke Mellors, Doug Thompson (Brittney), Tom Pellegrino (Carrie) and Diane Levin (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Sawyer, Milo, Maddie, Bria, Lily, David, Sam and Sarah. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ursula Church (3945 Kirk Ave, Allison Park, PA 15101).
