Blaskey of Chatham, NJ and Stephen Bulazo, Jr. (Judith) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Michelle Gates (Daniel) of San Francisco, CA, Jason Sepanski of Minneapolis, MN, David Blaskey, III of Chatham, NJ, Faley Bulazo of Pgh, Nicholas Blaskey of Chatham, NJ, Marina Bulazo of Pgh and Grace Blaskey of Chatham, NJ; his great grandchild Walter; and his siblings, Andrew Bulazo of Boardman, OH and Roberta Tabacak of Pittsburgh.
