He was predeceased by: his mother Tammy E. Kaup (Knapp). He is survived by: his father Stephen J. Campbell of Altoona; his brother Jeremy R.; his sibling's children, Gabriella and Jeremiah Knapp; his grandparents, Regis and Teresa Campbell of Altoona; his aunts and uncles, Terry, Regis, Pat Campbell, Caroline Lynn and Sue Ponchock; his cousins, AlexRae, Sarah, Jordan, Andy, Samantha, Shawn Wieczorek and Scott Wieczorek (Davina); and also, Kylie and Cory.
