She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Jaqueline Smith; and her grandparents, Leo, Jean Warner, Samuel and Joyce Lewis.
She is survived by: her parents, James Lewis and Kim Lewis (Warner); her husband William Smith Jr.; her children, Ayven Lewis, Lexie and Jaclyn Smith; her sisters, Jaime Lewis (James) of Williamsport and Heather Bartlebaugh (Travis) of Tipton; her nephew Trever Bartlebaugh; her cousin Jeffrey Warner II (Samantha); her father-in-law William Smith Sr. (Mary); and her brothers-in-law, Aaron and Cody Smith.
In accordance with the CDC, masks are asked to be worn and social distancing will be observed.
