With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara A. Fraundorfer (Altoona, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 21, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Banholzer and Genevieve Banholzer (Porta); her husband Fred Fraundorfer; her brothers, John and Pete Banholzer; and her grandson Jude Fraundorfer.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Thayer (Mark), Paul Fraundorfer (Jen), John Fraundorfer (Terri) and Joni Fraundorfer (Augusto); her grandchildren, Kelsey Brett (Will), Cory, Luke Thayer, Joy, Grace, Emma and Alexis Fraundorfer; her great grandchildren, Freddie and Genevieve Brett; and her sister Marianne Korpics.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Sis's memory.
