Bertha G. Rupert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha G. Rupert of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Shoeman and Betty Shoeman (Langer); her granddaughters, Carrie Lynn and Gabrielle; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Davis and Timothy Shoeman.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Finegan (Tammy), Pamela Kenney, Robin Finegan and Michael Rupert (Kathy); and her siblings, Charolette Kauffman, Walter Shoeman, Charles Shoeman Jr., John Shoeman, Terry Shoeman and Shirley Longnecker. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private service will be held with Pastor Richard N. Henry Jr. officiating.
