He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse B. Kephart and Doris Kephart (Hanks); his wife Linda Lee Kelly; his daughter Kimberly A. "Kimmy" Kephart; and his brother Alan Kephart.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly L. Kephart of Altoona, Kathy L. Kephart (James Garland) of Ephrata and Kevin B. Kephart; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Kephart, Meghan Dryburgh (Matt) and Gage Kephart; and his sister Kara Krywyj (Dan) of Strongsville, Ohio.. He is also survived by four great-granddaughters.
