She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Pacifico and Fenisia Pacifico (Rossetti); her husband Enrico G. "Rego" Palazzi; and her siblings, Elizabeth Panagoplos, Alfred, Dante, Ralph and Leonard Pacifico.
She is survived by: her children, David J. Palazzi (Deb) and Paula M. Palazzi (Frank) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Brianna, Alex (Sarah) and Caitlyn; and her great grandchild Dominic.
Committal rites will be held privately at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona with entombment to follow. The family requests all Covid-19 protocols and precautions be followed for safety, including mask usage and social distancing.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church Organ Fund, 806 11th Street, Altoona, PA 16602.
