She was predeceased by: her parents, William David "Dave" and Helen Irene Evans (Forgacs); her husband David Rutledge Troy; and her siblings, William David Jr. and Cheryl Lee Evans.
She is survived by: her children, David Jr. and Susan Troy; her sisters, Kathleen Trude (Brad Mena) and Karen Cox (Jack L.) of Altoona; and her friends, Sue and Dorothy.
