Rhodes of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rhodes and Sarah Rhodes (Bernard); his wife Caroline Shultz; his daughter Linda Kaye Rhodes; and his brother James Allen.
He is survived by: his nieces, Deborah Santella (Guido) and Diane Shultz.
