He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles William "Bill" Ritchey, Harold Shultz, Vera Shultz and LuRue "Rudy" Ritchey; his great-grandparents, Roy Shaw and Vera Shaw; and his great-aunt Betty Shaw.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry H. Shultz and Joy L. Shultz (Ritchey); his wife Angel; his children, Brandon of Altoona, Dana Vardar (Logan) of Altoona, Charles Jr. "C. J." of Altoona, Andrea of Altoona, Cali of Altoona and Jacob of Altoona; and his siblings, Kevin of Altoona, Bill (Courtney) of Altoona, Michele Winge (Michael) and Jason. He is also survived by six nieces; and two nephews.
