Charlotte M. Irwin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte M. Irwin of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 7, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Brumm and Mary Brumm (Van Vackenberg); her husband Joseph N. Irwin; her son Dennis E. Irwin; her siblings, John Brumm, Teresa Lechner and Dolores Clark; and her great grandchild Tyler Irwin.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas A. Irwin (Susan), Donna J. Kelleher (Hugh) and Diane M. Irwin (Wendi); her daughter-in-law Sheila Irwin; her grandchildren, Shane (Christin), Nicholas, Megan, Kelly Irwin, Austin Irwin, Jennifer Smith, Lucas and Rory Kelleher; and her great grandchildren, Kierra, Ashlynn, Alannah, Morgan, Nicholas, Sarah, Kayden, Sayla and Jaxson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Charlotte to Cathedral Christian Mothers c/o Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament at One Cathedral Square, Altoona, PA 16601.
