It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen C. Ritter of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brenner and Marjorie Brenner (Riley). She is survived by: her daughters, Rene Weamer of Altoona, Jessica Pheasant (Jay) of Altoona and Wendy Black (Ron) of Altoona; her siblings, Charles Brenner, Jr. (Mary) of Batavia, NY and Theresa Barone (Dan) of Pennfield, NY; her cousin Bill Becker; and her close friend Tom Gural.
