She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaul E. Rouzer and H. Audrey Rouzer (McCoy); and her husband Howard G. Horton. She is survived by: her children, Kim L. Shoeman (John) and Howard V. "Buck" Horton (Barbara) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Matthew Shoeman (Michele), Amber York, Jennifer Horton, Jeremy Horton (Christina) and Mandy Horton (Adam); and her niece Kimberly Houp of Hollidaysburg. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; one great great grandson.
