She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Gutshall and Mircella E. Gutshall (Jones). She is survived by: her husband David R. Metzger; her children, Shelly Mueller (Chris), Carly Metzger and Michael Metzger (Mandy); her grandchildren, Emily, Claire, Amy, Boston, Logan, Preston, Triston, Kamron and Michael; and her siblings, Deborah Trozell, George Gutshall Jr. and Gilbert Gutshall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and her dog companion.
Memorial donations in Darlene's honor may be made to the RA Foundation, American Diabetes Association, The Central PA Humane Society, or to Smith Corner Church, East Freedom, PA.
