He was predeceased by: his father George Fagan; and his brother Robert Fagan. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Fagan (Parks); his wife Cathy J. Fagan (Keith); his son Robert Fagan of Altoona; his stepchildren, David Warren of Johnstown and Jennifer Warren of Stevenson Ranch; his siblings, Raymond, Charles, Michael, Thomas, Susan Bergey and Marian Decker; and his grandchildren, Lucas Taylor, Alivia Fagan, Madilynn Fagan, Carson Fagan and Arya Warren.
