With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra A. Marshall of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Sr. Linthicum and Dorothy Linthicum; her husband Jeffrey Marshall Sr.; and her siblings, Louie Payne and Becky Connors.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Duffey (Ryan) of Altoona and Jeffrey Jr. (Shyan); her grandchildren, Susannah, Amanda and Erik; her siblings, Sandy Ceballos, Rachel Thrift, Joyce Manis, Donald Krouse, Philip Jr. and Walter Linthicum; and her close friend Ronald.
