She was predeceased by: her parents, Kaliksty Horomanski and Stella Horomanski (Karcz); her husband George Matzik (Sharkey); her siblings, Theodore, Francis Horomanski and Theresa Prugar; and her close friend John Tragon (Jack).
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Matzik of Altoona and James Matzik (Jeanine) of Altoona; her grandsons, Andrew Matzik (Lauren) of Ebensburg and Joseph Matzik of Altoona; and her sisters-in-law, Reginia Horomanski, Dolores Horomanski and Beverly Motsic. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
