He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Detwiler and Alma Detwiler (Ratchford); his daughter Michelle; his stepfather Ken Stiver; his siblings, Donald Detwiler, Donna Kay Beck, Dennis Detwiler, Nancy Stonebreaker, Cathy Refner and Robin Detwiler; and his stepbrother Craig Stiver.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Reifsteck (Rhodes) of Altoona; his daughters, Renee Detwiler of Roaring Spring, Lisa Buchanan (Richard) of East Freedom, Diana Worley (Majcher) of Altoona and Jennifer Cuddington (Todd) of Durham; his grandchildren, Kearston Thompson, Trenton Buchanan, Trysten Detwiler, Zachary Leidy, Rori Gorman, Stefan Majcher (Julia), Emily Majcher, Matthew Majcher (Amanda), Joseph Majcher, Cassie Cuddington and Lexi Cuddington; his great grandchildren, Mia Thompson and Arthur Majcher; his siblings, Mary Ann Anderson of Arizona, Betty Markle of Hollidaysburg, Rob Detwiler (Stacy) of Iowa and Bobbie Jo Allen of Iowa; his stepbrother Keith Stiver of Florida; and his uncle Guy Ratchford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
