It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Chathams of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Gamble and Ida May Shomo (Ream); her husband Ronald Dale Chathams; and her siblings, Jack Shomo and Hazel Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Jane Chathams of Buffalo Mills, Thomas Paul Chathams of Altoona and Diane Joyce White (Christopher Schroth) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Dustin Chathams of Buffalo Mills and Tarah Logsdon (Matt) of Hyndman; her great grandchildren, Spencer, Elizabeth and Mason; her siblings, William Shomo of Hyndman, Dora Davidson (Ed) of Buffalo Mills and Helen Smith (Kenneth) of Buffalo Mills; and her niece Linda Czartoszewski of Canal Fulton, Ohio.
