He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Mangiacarne and Elsie Mangiacarne (Visocky); and his sister Amelia Seiler. He is survived by: his wife A. Lucille Hooper; his brother-in-law James Seiler; his sibling's children, Michael Seiler and Deanna Steele; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Conner Steele (Logan), Collin Steele (Rachel), Amanda Zeak (Andy), Paige Callis (Jake), Bill Yoder (Tonia), Shawn Yoder (Carin), Jayson Yoder (Clara) and Erin Seiler (Mike); and his pet Harley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament (1 Cathedral Square, Altoona, PA 16601).
