He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Albert and Evelyn Catherine Hoff (Weamer); and his brothers, Raymond and Clair. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Mae Gearhart; his wife Jeanne; his children, Richard (MaryAnn) of Murrysville, Suzanne (Corey Little) of Pittsburgh and Dianne Homan (Travis) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Adam, Ethan, Evelyn, Madelyn, Katelyn, Samuel, Leah and Hannah; and his stepchildren, Michael Miller (Elvira) of Crafton, David Miller, Wendy Burkett and Holly Fuller. He is also survived by six step grandchildren; and six step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jerry's name to the Bishop Guilfoyle Angel Fund, 2400 Pleasant Valley Blvd. Altoona, Pa. 16602 which provides tuition assistance for students.
