Glenn Dougal Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Dougal of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. and Dora P. (Colyer); his brothers, Kenneth T. Dougal and Harry R. Dougal; his children, Peggy A. Sipes (Judy) and Randy Judy; and his great grandchild Madilyn Hope Belgin.
He is survived by: his brother Howard Dougal (Denise) of Altoona; his pets, Poochie and Sammie; his brother Ronald W. (Joyce) of Mesa, Arizona; his granddaughter Jennifer Belgin (Brian); and also Jackie Weibley. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
There will be a celebration of Glenn's life at a later date, when it is safe to do so in regard to COVID.
