It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Smith of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester J. Weakland and Ruth A. Weakland (Hartswick); her husband Charles Smith; and her daughter Debra Young. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Young (Mary) of Altoona and Scott Young (Angeline) of California; and her sister Ruth Ann Frederick (Herman) of Altoona. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
