She is survived by: her children, Greg Fornwalt of Altoona, Cathy Miller (Patrick) of Altoona and Julie Fornwalt of Altoona; her grandchildren, Rachael Ann Fornwalt, Athanasius Fornwalt, Matthew Fagan (Courtney) and Tyler Lingafelt (Courteney); and her great grandchildren, Cooper Fagan, Isla Fagan, Myles Fagan, Averi Lingafelt and Maya Lingafelt.
