She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Mellott and Betty Lou Mellott (Salkeld); her sister Linda Hicks; her daughter Billie Jeanne Kling; and her grandson Brent William Kling.

She is survived by : her husband William R. Dicken; her children, Randy Dicken of Altoona and Shelli Dicken (Meseydi Machado) of Florida; her granddaughters, Timberli Pacifico of Texas, Randi Nicole, Cassidy and Emily of Altoona; and her great grandchildren, Dailie and Kingston.

A graveside service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Alto-Reste Park (109 Alto-Rest Park, 108 Alto Reste Park, Altoona, PA 16601).
