He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris L. Piper (Lukehart) and Donald F. Piper; and his brother Ronnie (Barbara Falls). He is survived by: his children, Todd Piper (Elisa) of Citrus Heights, CA, Christopher Piper (Kristina) of San Diego, CA and Brianna Piper Dahlstrom of Spokane, WA; his siblings, Rick Piper (Irene) of Port Gamble, WA, Gary Piper of East Freedom and Cheryl Smith (Kevin) of Bothell, WA; his stepmother Jean Piper of Duncansville; his aunts, Donna Shultz (Roy) of Hollidaysburg and Gloria Lukehart of Penacock, NH; and also Wilt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
