He was predeceased by: his father Peter J. Carnicella; and his son Joseph. He is survived by: his mother Yolanda M. Carnicella (Spiridigliozzi); his spouse Terry Lang; his children, John Carnicella Jr. (Julie) and Maria Kratzer (Alan); his siblings-in-law, Walter Lang Jr., Anita Wavrek (Scott) and Monica Maus (Joe); and his nephews, Scotty Wavrek and Joshua Maus. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; his mother.
