We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2021, at the age of 86, John Franks of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Blandburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Franks and Marion Franks (Boyd); his wife Mary Grace Spiridigliozzi; and his brother William E. Franks. He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Hart (Don) and Jeff Franks (Elida); and his grandchildren, Danielle Hart, Matthew Hart, Derrick Franks, Brianna Smith and Amber Franks. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
