It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Raymond Carnill (Altoona, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clarance and Viola Marie Carnill (Dalby); and his daughter Kelly Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean of Altoona; his daughters, Carol Riggleman of Altoona and Karen Hamilton of Altoona; and his sisters, Peggy Carnill-Heil, Delores Benson, Counie Burket and Jacqueline Stundon. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
