He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lesnak and Mary Lesnak (Thomas); and his granddaughter Cheyanne. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Arnold (Charlie), Theresa Moses, John "Jay" (Julie) and Scott Nevitt; and his siblings, Mary Emma Miller, Joan Lesnak and Paul. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
