He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parsons and Nadine Parsons (Boyett). He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Clifford (Roger) and Andrea Parsons; his grandchildren, Tommy Willey, Zachary, Shania Clifford, Zeferina and Billy McKeown; his great grandchildren, Kalv Clifford, Aleea, Constance and Patience McKoewn; and his siblings, Donna Dodson, Teri Feland, Herb Parsons and Joe Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
