He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Ruggery and Eva Ruggery (DiAntonio); his wife Sondra J. Lindemer; his daughter Eva M. Ruggery; his stepson Douglas McConnell; and his brothers, Raymond, Robert and Tony.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa R. Bolten (Michael) of Kennett Square and Joseph D. Ruggery (Andrea); his stepdaughter Vickie L. Pratt of Altoona; his grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca Bolten, Elise, Joise and Christian Ruggery; his stepgranddaughters, Katy Beam and Elizabeth Pratt; his stepgreat-grandson Jackson Burns; and his siblings, Donald Ruggery, Victor Ruggery, Regina Pagliara and Marguerite Albarano.
