He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Umholtz and Priscilla V. Umholtz (Burk). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley B. Huber; his children, Michael J. Umholtz and Sherry; and his siblings, Blair Umholtz (Lillian) of Bellwood, Robert Umholtz (Brenda) of Philipsburg and Lois.
