He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Thomas and Elsie T. Thomas (Bresler); his daughters, Kim Scott and Cindy Lou; and his sister Shirley Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Thomas (Shope); his children, Jeanne Petite (Bill) of Texas, Kenneth Thomas II (Judy) of Hollidaysburg, LeeAnn Bell (Tim) of Virginia, Ellen Jackson (Lew) of Maryland, Becky Gampe (Mike) of Hollidaysburg and Bonnie Wood (Jamie) of Hollidaysburg; his sister Frances Rider (Dave) of Altoona; and his son-in-law Ed Scott. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Allegheny Lutheran Home.
