He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Campbell and Cecilia Campbell (Brant). He is survived by: his son Jacob Campbell of Butler; his siblings, John Campbell, Joe Campbell (Cheri) and Bonnie Neal; his close friend Karen Steele; and his siblings' children, Sydney, Abby and David.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kevin's name may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
