He was predeceased by: his father Matthew P. Zakrzwski. He is survived by: his mother Linda L. Zakrzwski (Cassidy); his daughters, Torri, Krystin and Kasey; his grandchildren, Lydia Marie, Braxyton, May-May and Ivy; his fiancé Shena Nolan; his partner's children, Ronnie, Shane and Kamy; and his siblings, Thomas A. Zakrzwski of Florida and Teresa A. Zakrzwski of Virginia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
