He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Melvin Webb Sr. and Dorothy L. Webb (Stange); and his sister Virginia E. Haghighat of Westminster. He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Webb (McCoy); his children, Richard "Rick" Webb (Niai) and Wendy Thomas (Michael Thomas); his grandchildren, Joshua Webb, Ryan Thomas and Laura David (Allan); his great grandchildren, A. J. David and Chloe Rose; and his siblings, Patricia Rauch (McCoy) and James McCoy.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, care of the Jaffa Shrine, P.O. Box 1984, Altoona, PA 16603-1984.
