It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy J. James of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur, II and Shirley Grove (Winters); and her son Donald C. James, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald C. James; her daughter Susan Miller of Bellwood; her grandchildren, Konnor Miller, Emma and Kaelyn Miller; and her siblings, William Grove, III of Florida and Cynthia Cofty (Sid) of Louisiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
