It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Wininger of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Haigh and Rebecca Haigh (Isenberg); her daughters, Roni Lynn and Debbie Langenbacher; her sister-in-law Shirley Holl; and her close friend Jackie Yingling.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald D. Wininger; her daughter Ronda L. Wininger; her granddaughters, Rebecca Yarnell (Todd) and Michelle Schroth (Pat); her sister Arlene Young; her son-in-law Michael Langenbacher; her niece Tammy Bates; and her close friend Billi Plowman. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
