He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Wade Sr. and Dolores Kuhns (Roddy). He is survived by: his daughters, Alicia Kuhns of Newark, DE and Julie Cohick of Williamsport; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Kuhns, Jerome Banks, Josiah Banks, Quentin Cochick and Kendall Cochick.
