With solemn reverence, we commemorate Pearl P. Calderon of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Summerhill, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on May 12, 2024 at the age of 97, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Pearl shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Pearl farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by : her parents, W. Earl Diehl and Gladys L. Diehl (Ritchey); her husband Theodore D. Calderon; and her siblings, C. Earl, Forrest B. (Darrell R.), Glenn D. Diehl and Twilet A. Corle (Velma L. Estep).

She is survived by : her daughters, Joan L. Weidlich of Altoona, Donna J. Claycomb of Osterburg and Diane E. Cashman (Michael) of Greenwood. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stevens Memorial Chapel (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602).
