He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Arthur and Adessia Arthur (Weight); his daughter Cindy Sue Arthur; and his siblings, Betty Jane Strobert, Helen Livinia Wright, Peggy Elaine Luke, Janet Battisti, Carol Jean Frank and Paul Arthur.
He is survived by: his wife Irene L. "Rene" Wilt; his sons, Ralph W. "Bill" Arthur, III (Karol) of Punta Gorda, FL and Jeffrey A. Arthur (Virginia "Ginney") of Dysart; his grandchildren, Justin Arthur (Abby), Julie Kling (Jeffrey), Jereme Arthur, Jennel Krycia and Jordan Arthur; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Shelby, Phoebe, Heidi Arthur, Hunter, Lilyanna Kling, Benjamin Krycia and Delilah Arthur.
