He is survived by: his mother Nancy Rothert Conrad; his children, Tammy, Alli Conrad and Jake Conrad; his brothers, Matt Conrad (Karen) and Chris Conrad (Emiliya); his uncle Mike Conrad; his mother-in-law Sharon Brooks; and his sister-in-law Kim Brooks. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and wonderful friends.
