He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Lockard and Pearl Lockard (Reed); and his brothers, Kenneth and Donald. He is survived by: his children, Debra Dick of Duncansville, Timothy L. of Merced, CA and Douglas of Altoona; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Dick, Jessie Bender, Taryn Witt and Krysta Gomez; his stepgrandchildren, Sherriff Gilbert and Bryce Mathers; his children-in-law, Bob Dick, Lori Lockard and Penni Lockard; and his former wife Bonnie Lawrence Lockard. He is also survived by three step great grandchildren.
