We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2021, at the age of 83, Robert A. McConnell of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin McConnell and Mary Elva McConnell (Nee); his son Thomas McConnell; his son-in-law Steven; and his siblings, Melva Corrine Miller, Harold L. McConnell and Paul Thomas McConnell.

He is survived by: his wife May E. Temple; his daughter Tammy Otto of Bellwood; his grandchildren, Kimberly (Brent), Caitlynn and Shannon; his great grandchildren, Madison and Paige; his brother Michael Karl McConnell of Germantown, TN; and his daughter-in-law Barbara McConnell of Altoona.
