He is survived by: his wife Elaine Middleton; his children, Anthony Augustine and Nicole Augustine; his grandchildren, Brayden and Harper; his brother Richard F. Augustine (Nadine); his sibling's children, Kristen, Miranda and Richard III; and also Melissa Maxwell.
