It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel M. Kaplan of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Kaplan and Ida Kaplan (Small); and his siblings, Charles Kaplan, Shirley Steiner and Anna Paikin.
He is survived by: his brother Harold Kaplan of Altoona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
